It is the objective of FATECO to set up the clear and precise standards and procedures for its Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) system that will be implemented throughout the company, to its activities and services by continues monitoring, auditing and improvement of the HSE processes and procedure. To ensure that health and safety concerns are identified, prevented and controlled as far as it is reasonably practicable.
The HSE system of FATECO is designed to ensure that employees and sub-contractors of the company:
are aware of the Company’s HSE plan, procedures and standards,
consistently and effectively implementing the HSE plan,
report any health and safety concerns for swift action,
share best practices,
integrate safety into all their works by practicing and thinking safe.
Include HSE practices where appropriate in the company and to conduct regular in-house safety training courses to enhance awareness, thus ensuring that safety competence is recognized and highlighting the ideal that HSE is mandatory.
Wherever possible, it is the objective of FATECO to influence its Clients and Customers to adopt healthy and safe practices.
